12th Night takes place 2nd Weekend of January every year
Minimum Site Requirements
- Ballroom or other large space for Royal Court with seating for 800-1,000
- Space for a ready-room/staging area, if possible
- Meeting Rooms – the more the better for ease of scheduling; minimum of three
- Large separate space for merchants; figure approximate 10’x10’ booth sizes
- Required activities: Coronation
